Non-Custom Products: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Custom Products: Due to their personalized nature, custom products (e.g., personalized mugs or clothing) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. How to Return an Item
